made me wait 2 months for a water heater. then i just ordered a better one from amazon since danube did Not get what i wantedvand wasted my time.
extremely rude indian sellers working there behind the counter, ignoring you and talking to each other like you’re invisible, they cut the smile once they see a customer like they have seen somone they hate. i cant go there without feeling uncomfortable.
Poor quality. dissatisfied customer. Spent money for peace of mind but in 7 months time only things are tearing apart. Warranty is six months this is what you hear every time you raise a complaint with them. No response to the email sent to corporate office as well. So be careful.
I went to buy some things from Danube Home in Salmabad. I bought a clock which was mentioned as 2.5BD and when i went to the counter and purchased it came out to be 7Bd. I paid and when i checked the reciept i found that it is 7BD. I went to the cashier to return it and then the manager named Bobby jumped in and asked why would i like to return the clock. I told him that the price of this item was different in the shelve and when i purchased it was different and hence i want to return it. He started saying me that its not his fault and the customers some times change the prices in the shelves. I told him that i didnt ask him for whose mistake it is and just want to cancel it. His behaviour was not at all customer friendly and argued with me giving silly reasons. When i told him i have the pictures he said that i can do whatever i want to. Is that how u treat customers in a store like that?
Continuously tried calling on their toll free number but nobody bothered to pickup the call
I have bought a mattress and it was the worst mattress ever, continues back and nick pains. I have called them for a checkup and took an appointment but no one came and ignored my complaint. Very bad service. It looked nice in their show room but after two days of usage it showed how bad quality it is.
I bought some items from there , one jacuzzi the drainage was damaged since i bough it and customer services always promise me to replace it and now 2 years i don’t use it because of them!!!
Purchased some skirting from them according to what the salesman recommended, turned out it was not skirting, rather moldings that cannot be used for skirtings. when called to return item (big order) they informed me that i had to pay a fee to pick up the items when it was their mistake for selling me the wrong product!
avoid this place at all cost and be careful as to what the salesman tells you, they are just trying to make a quick sale. after sales service is abysmal to say the least and no manager has gotten back to me since i requested to talk to one a couple days ago.
