The place needs renovation badly. It is exactly the same past 20 years atleast and now there is a foul smell which makes it difficult to wait for our turn. Working hours have changed from 7pm to 2pm now when most of us are at work until 4pm. My parcel arrived in riffa post office on 20th April but the postman never delievered it to my address. On 16th May i went to post office and found 17 parcel and some letters under my name. When i complained they tried to jusditfy by saying the old postman left the job and they are training the new guy which has caused the delay. My stuff was with them for over 3weeks some of which were very urgent. I had to take some time off from work and visit postoffice during their working hours which is not convenient at all.
Moreover the contact number mentioned here is out of order.
Postman doesn’t deliver items at all when they changed the post office timings, many times parcel has reached in system before a month but u have to go physically to post office to collect it.

why post office closes at 2pm now ? atleast make it 3. everybody is at work until 2pm. before it was good until 7pm.

3rd class service very bad behavior and service
