On Friday 5th of April we went shopping at Lulu. I took my daughter to the toilets on the Ground Floor and there was no toilet paper in any of the toilets. We went to the 2nd floor and there were also no toilet paper (there were hand towels in both toilets). I asked the cleaning lady if there was toilet paper and she said no. The soap was also dispensed in plastic water bottles. I called the number for Management but no one answered. Don’t understand how you can have a brand new mall and you can’t “afford ” toilet paper?
This is not a mall…just a large building with a cinema and a supermarket….good cinema though and a very big area for kids to play…food court also included.large parking area but exit takes a lot of time. Dont visit unless you want to watch a movie or need groceries
No Phone Coverage in this so called MALL!!
Who is this investor paying wages to a management team that leaves a mall this active without phone coverage for almost 1 year now!!??
Design is very ugly and attracting very low income people in a mid to high income neighborhood.
Largely empty. Acess to higher floors is a challenge. The cinema is below average.
