One of the staff answered rudely when I ask the electronic bill with Car number. He rejected my request to issue Electronic bill and he said that this kind of Electronic bill can be issued only for sadeem card. Many times I got the electric bill from the same petrol pump with cash / debit card payment. I raised a complaint to the manager at the same time and then I got the electronic bill. Such kind of rude behavior should strictly warned.
