I ordered at 8:10 pm tonight for delivery to be delivered in adliya and i asked how much time it will take for delivery he said 1 hour and 15 minutes and i said ok because i understand that jollibee is busy. But my sister called me at 9:50 pm that she still didn’t recieved the order and of course i called them back to follow up and crew said the driver is on the way , 😟😟😟🙄 and until now 10:30 pm she still didn’t recieve and try to call them to cancel it..but nobody answer !!! Dahil diyan naubos lang ang breaktime ng kapatid ng kahihintay sainyo .. and this is not the first time and this is not acceptable also.. you need to improve your service , we’re paying good nman eh..we understand kung 1 1/2 hour lang yan pero nobody call us about the food if the driver lost the address or what .. 🙄🙄🙄😡😡😡😡😡
Need more improvements about the food mostly the rice and chicken but the other it’s fine.
Doesn’t taste fresh. Chicken and bun indicate that they were microwaved. Soggy a bit and doesn’t worth the price set for it.
