Awfully embarrassed by cunning staff at lulu galleria outlet
I just had the most embarrassing experience in the galleria mall outlet. The staff was unable to express herself in plain English and when she finally managed something it was to not honor a receipt that entitled me to three donuts after buying one after completing an online survey and getting a code. She cunningly denied me and told me to go looking for other outlets as though I am a beggar.
It’s the last my family patronises this chain. Just awful and I was with my son whose favourite is Krispy Kreme. It’s the last time he will have your donuts.
