  1. Worst customer service not once but twice. First time the representative was on her cellphone while she was attending to me, did not care to hang up… and in between my inquiry she just left, upon her return she completely ignored me.
    The second time I had to wait for 20 minutes because no one was in the branch except the security guard. After she arrived without apologizing for wait time she continued to answer my questions without being sure about the right information on the service. On top of that she was chewing gum like a cow while talking to me .(say it don’t spray it sister). The most unprofessional customer service I’ve ever experienced. They make you feel like you owe them something when they talk.

  2. It’s so called digital bank, even if you apply through app you have to visit the branch to complete the process. Staff is highly unprofessional it was like they were sitting in living room busy in chat and fun!

  4. The bank refers to “paying by point of sales to get the cash from merchant which is not allowed by meem”, but this is not so. Support can be answered for weeks, they just write to facebook, call the number indicated on the site.

    This is not a digital bank, this is a stone age

  5. identical experience to the last two reviews they still have not improved what a very terrible experience in customer service at this branch still cannot print my card
