Great parking, friendly employees who work hard with what’s available. If re branding and provided with some IT solution to speed up process for them like it’s used in DHL etc they would be GREAT. Otherwise they did a great job to help me get an parcel from overseas.

Staff is friendly and there is a Que system where you take number and wait for the call.
Vending machines available and the self service one stop shop government e-services machine is located there.
Few parkings only available and the place is crowded! Itsbetter to visit afternoon as it closes 6 pm
I had a very warm encounter with the staff. They were very calm n well behaved.
No one ever answers the phone. Only one staff present who’s pretty rude. Makes you take a token no. even if there’s only one person before you.

Excellent professional Bahraini staff who are able to answer all queries within split seconds.Working hours and parking are very convenient.

The delivery staff doesn’t have patience and very lazy when it comes for delivery ! Poor service delivery!
