Did you know that the word mandi (our signature dish!) derives from the Arabic word for ‘dew’? That’s because mandi uses a special ‘steam-grilling’ process to seal in all the juices and flavour. Traditionally, it was cooked in a hole dug into the desert, but at Mandilicious we’ve updated the process in our state-of-the-art kitchen to ensure that it tastes just as authentic as it did centuries ago.

Founded at the beginning of 2013, Mandilicious is the world’s first ever restaurant to serve the traditional, slow-cooked ‘Cuisine of Arabia’ in a quick service, food court setting. Mandilicious is a home-grown company, born in Dubai but built to become a global brand.
