Marassi Al Bahrain’s beach area regularly hosts community and complimentary activities for the public on holidays and festival days, and has hosted many festivities including a local vendor market, art and photography exhibitions, fitness sessions and watersports. Marassi Beach is also home to a permanent floating water park, cable-wake park and other water sports such as paddle boarding and kayaking.
The project’s scenic Sales Centre, located within the site of Diyar Al Muharraq, showcases interactive models of the mixed-use development for interested buyers. Spanning 865,000sqm, Marassi Al Bahrain will be constructed on the northern shores within the master planned community of Diyar Al Muharraq, forming a key luxury component of Bahrain’s largest private urban project.
