This ‘trattoria moderna’ offers some of the most authentic italian cuisine in Bahrain, with its own personal reinterpretation of Italian culinary traditions. Based at the Ritz Carlton and headed up by two Michelin starred Chef Oliver Glowig, Primavera has a gastronomic lineup that is full of his signature style; local inspiration and variety. Seasonal ingredients grown right in Bahrain add a unique twist on the food here, making for a delicious melding of flavors.

The menu is full of Italian classics, including our two favorites; parmigiana with eggplants, zucchini and cauliflower and ravioli caprese with stuffed caciotta cheese! The dessert menu will keep you busy for a while too, featuring

five kinds of chocolate with liquorice semifreddo

and a napolitan tart with ricotta cream that are both divine.
