Instead of investing heavily in infrastructure, we acquire or partner with domestic-focused logistics companies that have strong local networks, knowledge and transportation solutions already in place for efficient and effective last-mile delivery.   1. I made an order from Boutiqaat application at 22 of november and still I didn’t receive it. It’s too much late

  2. Best For shipping any Package but with a bit high price. Also can ship your package from Amazon.

    my package has arrived 1 week ago and i have still not received it
    They choose whatever time they want and expect me to be there at home waiting for them
    and whenever i call them they tell me we will schedule your delivery for tomorrow

  4. Pretty awful service. Only two counters for receiving and sending so the place always get crowded very fast. And if there is someone having issue or want to send a package then everyone else will get to wait for a very long time because of the ticket system. So If you want to get done fast, going there early in morning (like 9 or 10am) is your only option.

  5. Very bad company and staff. They dont deliver on time.and customer service very very bad specially on call centre (Areeg/Magd) and the drivers as well. Not professional at all.

  6. If could be zero, I would like to give zero. Second time the same problem: delivery confirmed in one time, driver come without calling late, and without calling left! If u try to call-no-one replay, very-very bad service!!!

Poor service, I have called to make sure that my item are ready for delivery but I have been ask to come after 1 hour at least, however when I arrived shipment was not ready and I have been asked to wait another 15 mins they lady over day was laughing without respect when I mention I am in hurry and I have commitment to pick my kids from school. Highly not recommended at all and I would give zero star if possible
