  1. First of all, I will start with the Resort Facilities. They are below average. The flats are spacious but looks empty. The Showers isolation is the worst; once you finish your shower, you figure out that the whole Bathroom is already submersed with the showering water. The Resort Recreation Club is really bad. The front desk was the worst experience I have ever been through. It was very crowded; No queue, no respect to those who came before you. I really hated the way stupid people did not respect me claiming that they came before me although they have seen me sitting and waiting. I strongly do NOT recommend this place at all. It is just a low class resort. Finally I have to thank one guy Mr. Adel for his great service when I met a low class guy واحد لحجي عديم الذوق و الاحترام.

  2. Trouble experience. Do not go there. I am not sure why they even call it a resort, it is just a cheap hotel. I went there with my family to have some relaxing time and for my kids to have some fun, but unfortunately, we made a trouble choice by going to this place. I had to wait about half an hour to get the keys and my family had to wait in my car because there was no place for them to wait in. However, i have to say that the apartment was big and nice, but then my family went to explore the resort and couldn’t find anything of that advertised in most of the websites. We planed to grill our food for dinner but we couldn’t find a grill so I called their front desk but I was told that only some of the buildings have grilling place and that we cannot grill anywhere else. I decided to make the food in the oven where the next surprise showed up, after turning the oven on fo 20 seconds the electricity went off as well as the apartment telephone, so I had to go to the front desk again and ask for a maintenance person who came and told me that everything is fine. All what I have to do is to leave it cool down for an hour and it will work again. I tried again and electricity went off again. I went to front desk and then they realized that they should change the apartment for us. The new apartment has no hot water to shower. I just gave up and waited to leave this miserable place.

  3. I don’t see why they even call it a resort, I got a 2 bedroom apartment, there is no view at all, just buildings, the beach is the worst, small swimming pool, breakfast was not good at all, bottom line, it’s not a 5 stars hotel

  4. Worst resort you could ever book. Reception at the size of garage and people are packed on each other. I was supposed to receive my room at 3pm and I received it at 4.20pm. The beach access looks good on photo only while it is small and nothing much is going on.

The room is nice and big and 5 times the size of reception. However it shouldn’t earn them an extra star due to failed experience

  5. The worst customer service ! Worst management ! I have been calling for 3 weeks to solve my issue and no one helped me! Until they stopped answering! At the same time they had offers for quarantine!

  6. No one is wearing masks, there is no social distancing. Staff is beyond rude. Would not recommend

  7. Very Check out .. and you have to pay deposit 50 BD and they didnot mention it on the website and they didnot mention that the swimming pools and the sea showers are closed

  8. When it’s crowded they don’t know how to manage it!!
My check in was at 3:00 PM
They told us the room is not ready yet so please go to the pool and we will call you once its ready!
We stayed at the pool with pregnant woman and many stuff and no one called us! At 6:40 PM I went to the office to see what is the matter, they said sorry and just give me a room!!! If I didn’t go then they might forgot about me!!
The pools are very small for 5 stars resort plus the service is bad! Should be 3 stars Resort not more!
    NOT RECOMMENDED

  9. It’s nothing like a resort – the wait time to enter the resort is cumbersome- they don’t let you park your car inside unless you obtain the room key – reception is just an office room – austere and gives your a heads up how the rest of the resort is – pool is shallow and almost like a kid pool and very small –
    Breakfast is served only by 10 am – that’s a first 😂
Bed Rooms had hairs – and surely not ours !!
Rooms are big if of any solace – however they can improve the housekeeping
Toilet is good with warm water
