  1. My washing machine under guarantee have taken by extra for repair now two weeks every time they said still sparepart not come. They give us temporarily very old washing machine I am calling everyday they said they will check and cone back to us but nobody call

    Very bad services .

  2. The worst customer service I ever saw, don’t buy if you want any after sale services.
    Just imagine they have only “One Call center Agent” and the hotline timing 2 hours only!! from 9am to 11am.

    and guess what they have also only “one Technician team (two person)” for Washing machine and similar so if you are not happy then go a hell they don’t care (this what they told me).

    48hr for replace and 48hr for response this is only a lie.
    One more thing to add that every time the technical come to fix my washing machine I swear he make it worse and damage something else.

  3. I was disappointed as some ot the items although in display yet not available. Also I felt the sale staff are not totally trained to better assist customers. Some of them were busy with their mobile and act as if they are forced to help.

    I can’t get them on phone from any of their numbers
    If you buy something from there never trust what the employer says.

  7. Bought a laptop since 2 weeks from extra and supposed to get a backpack with it, the employee told me come receive it tomorrow as now its unavailable.
    When i passed by they said we will contact you in 2 days as it did not reach.
    Now its been 2 weeks and am leaving the country in a week time, everyday i call them they said 2 days and also when i pass by they say the same thing!

    I don’t recommend it!!! If you can’t afford the offers don’t make it from the beginning!!

    I recommend everyone to buy from any other shop like sharafdg or carrefour or any other place all have better customer service and know what they are doing!

  8. They once had an advertisement for a product and the product wasn’t available , also some items are very expensive there as compared to other shops

  9. They are burgulars,we bought a Laptop from them,and it so laggy.We made it refresh,we paid money to them to fix (×7),and it wasnt fixed at all!

  10. I have purchased a LG 59 inch Tv in Dec 2019 for Bhd179 same item was available in another company for 172. When I informed the Tubli store with proof of price difference they requested to collect the price difference as per the policy of Extra. However when I visited the same Branch the manager said our system shows you have returned the items instead of refunding the price difference as per the policy. I have showed the picture of my bill to prove the purchase of the Tv. This was a very strange statement to me as I took the item to Sri Lanka from Bahrain. When I stated that I did not returned the item, the the Branch Manager said please bring your original invoice. Without rectifying his wrong information. Appreciate if Extra management can investigate such issues to improve your customer satisfaction.

  11. Very dead and empty place. The staff is so demotivated and couldn’t care less, standing together and talking away to glory. The mobile phone section, seemed so empty. Has offers once a while.

  12. Lookout for offers online on its app, at times we get things at lower price then displayed in the merchandise, we recently got a deal for a VR headset

    We ordered a water dispensed that should be delivered 2 days later. Not delivered. When I called them on the third they informed me that it would be delivered 2 days later. Really a low class service, no customer information. Their only word is “Sorry”.
    Their are many more professional shops in the Island

  14. Poor customer service, poor showroom managed customer treatment. Extra delivered a broken TV to my house, their delivery contractor refused to install the TV or to check it, they lift the TV.

    I found out that the TV internal screen is broken, and extra refund to claim back the TV or to held their delivery contractor responsible for this miss conduct.

    All customer be carefully when you get home delivery from extra so that you don’t get in the same situation and loss your money.

  15. Their price match policy is a joke. Their website states that they will price match competitors for prices advertised in publications or websites at purchase and offer 10% of the difference in cash. In reality the sales staff come up with excuses such as “the competitor’s offer is website only, it has to be on a flyer” (even though this is not what their policy states) and after they called the competitor themselves and confirmed that the price was in store also for the same model appliance the excuse became “go and take a picture of the price tag in the competitor’s store and come back to us to match it”. Ended up going and buying what I needed from the competitor direct the same day because the price difference was close to BD 40. This is the second time this has happened when dealing with eXtra, and I would rather not give them a third chance. It is not worth driving to with their location being far out. Try Sharaf DG, Lulu and Carrefour instead for appliances where the prices are more competitive to begin with.

  16. a good place to buy! but worse staff!!! Mr. Husain from home appliances has a bad mouth towards his colleagues! unfortunately I was there and heard how he speak to his staff. This kind of person with an attitude has no place in a customer service job!

  17. They never answer the phone . They purposly keep their lines out of working hours even though its their working hours. Their after sales team needs to be changed. They keep telling you call the dealer directly, if you give it to us it will take more time. They don’t look they want to work.

    purchase is worse Many of the arab and local employees are not fluent in English
    and cannot provide answers to customers’ questions, the customer service employee is just a bad decor
    I will not repeat shopping from this store.

    The manager himself says he is the one controlling everything here when I asked about head of the branch to solve my
    issues related to shaver I purchased the other day.
    I felt allergic reaction after using one day and I asked any chance to replace (I felt the box opened before or very old stock)
    He could explain it very nicely to a customer about the replacement policy.Instead,he was calling’Varghese’ to show me EXIT!
    Not good for the Company to keep these people…..Big Zero ⭐ for EXTRA because of him👹👹

  20. Ordered laptop online, laptop specification shown on website and actual are not matching like fingers print, camera quality, hard disk type etc thus endup returning the product back.

    Later order Apple Watch online. Website shows expected delivery as one day, while later when called call center, they said it’s minimum 3 working days. I suggest others to collect it from store or go for express delivery for urgent requirements.

  21. Worst customer service experience ever!

    They gave me a scheduled time of delivery with a gap of 6 hours where the item should be delivered within those 6 hours. They specifically mentioned that i should ensure my availabilty within the schedule time to ensure successful delievery. The sheduled time was over and i didn’t receive the item. It was very hard to reach the customer service team and after many attempts, when i was able to reach them, they mentioned that it will he delivered on the same day and when asked about the time, they were not able to give me a time. It is embarrasing to commit to a scheduled delivery time and not fulfulling it.

  22. Very bad service, when i entered the showroom 3 sales people mostly arab started walking behind me and not giving chance to breathe and creating discomfort to select the items. Secondly when i ordered AC service they said 11.am A C technicans will call me for visit and whole day no1 contacted till i cancel my request due to frustation and will switch my purchase and service with another company. Bye bye Extra your customer service is terrible

  23. The current situation (Covid-19) is not accepted reason to your bad service( all the world 🌎 facing the same issue, not only Extra or Bahrain.
    The only deference is how you deal & manage!
    You don’t deserve even quarter star ⭐️

    Delivery for one item (purchased online) takes one week time!
    TV unboxed at home & surprisedly doesn’t work at all (NO POWER)! returned to the Shop as advised by your team. But have you replaced that TV? Is anyone followed up this silly issue? Definitely NO!!!
    your stuff promised to contact me next day to replace that TV (one week back) till moments none of your company did!
    Thousands of calls & penalty of emails sent to your company. Without a single reply from your side.
    Even the prices you guaranteed as per your allegations (small shop at Manama market is cheeper than your huge multinational company prices)
    ***it’s your bad luck, you missed with the wrong person ***

    As a second step!

    Finally we don’t know, it might even reach the court!

    For now, it’s a challenge to me to teach you good lesson about dealing with customers.

    purchased two Haier 2.5 ton air conditioners from tubli extra. The team that installed it damaged one unit. The cooling fins were damaged and the top sheet was bent inwards. I had complained at the shop and they sent someone to check and they said the manager will call but as of now no response. I called extra number and expressed the lack of response…but till now no response or solution has been provided
